Confidentiality and Electronic Data Privacy Policies

ERF strongly believes that Confidentiality and Electronic Data Privacy is essential to customer service excellence. To maintain core principles and practices of Confidentiality and Electronic Data Privacy throughout the organization the following measures has been established at ERF:

USB ports of scientific staff’s computers are disabled CD and DVD burners are not installed Electronic data (including but not limited to words, excel, power point, PDF and analytical data) stored on the network are segregated based on project teams and access level Firewall protection on network resource Physical security to facility controlled by badge/card-key access Internet: Domain control to local computers and Internet access All staff involved in the processing of scientific data is required to operate within the above boundaries of electronic use.
